3. License Grant
3.1 Limited License.
Subject to Your full and ongoing compliance with this EULA and the other Agreements (including payment of any applicable fees), the Company grants You a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to:
- install and run the Software on one or more Devices that You own or control; and
- use the Software solely for Your own internal purposes (personal or internal business use), within the scope and limits of the license You have purchased (e.g., number of users, number of Devices, subscription term).
3.2 No Ownership Transfer.
The Software is licensed, not sold. This EULA does not transfer any ownership rights in the Software or any associated intellectual property. All rights not expressly granted to You are reserved by the Company and its licensors.
═══════════════════════════════════════════════════════════════════
4. Permitted Use and Restrictions
4.1 Permitted Use.
Subject to this EULA, You may:
- Use the Software to record, edit, and replay automations and macros on Your own Devices;
- Use the Software in a personal or internal business context;
- Create a reasonable number of backup copies solely for archival purposes, provided that You do not use those copies to run the Software on more Devices than permitted by Your license.
4.2 Restrictions.
Unless expressly authorized in writing by the Company or allowed by mandatory law, You must not:
- Resell, rent, lease, sublicense, lend, or otherwise distribute the Software or any License Key to any third party;
- Share, publish, or otherwise disclose a License Key beyond what is permitted by Your license type (for example, sharing a single-user license with multiple unrelated users or organizations);
- Copy or reproduce the Software except as expressly permitted above;
- Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works of the Software or any part of it;
- Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code of the Software, except to the limited extent that applicable law expressly permits despite this restriction;
- Remove, alter, or obscure any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notice on or in the Software;
- Bypass, disable, interfere with, or attempt to circumvent any License Key, activation mechanism, usage limit, or security feature of the Software;
- Use the Software to violate any applicable law or regulation;
- Use the Software to automate actions that violate the terms of service or acceptable use policies of third-party services;
- Use the Software to create, distribute, or operate malware, spyware, ransomware, or any other harmful or abusive software.
4.3 Age and Capacity.
You represent that You are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into this EULA.
═══════════════════════════════════════════════════════════════════
5. Automation Data and User Responsibility
5.1 Automation Data Stays Local by Default.
The Software is designed so that macro content and Automation Data are stored locally on Your Device by default. This includes:
- Macro definitions and recorded actions (mouse/keyboard events and timings);
- Macro playback settings;
- Images or templates You add for image-based automation;
- Text recognized via OCR (if stored as part of Your macros).
The Company does not automatically upload macro content or Automation Data to its servers, except in the limited circumstances described in the Privacy Policy (e.g., if You explicitly choose to include logs in a support request, or if You enable a future cloud sync feature).
5.2 Responsibility for Automations.
You are solely responsible for:
- Designing, testing, and validating Your automations and macros;
- Ensuring that automations are appropriate for the systems and data they interact with;
- Maintaining appropriate backups and safeguards for any systems and data affected by automations.
The Software can execute actions quickly and repeatedly. Misconfigured or incorrect automations can cause unintended behavior, data changes, or data loss. You use the Software at Your own risk, and You must thoroughly test automations before relying on them in production, critical, or irreversible scenarios.
5.3 Compliance with Third-Party Terms.
You are responsible for ensuring that Your use of automation with third-party services or software complies with those services' terms of use, API policies, and legal requirements. The Company is not responsible for any consequences of Your use of automation with third-party systems.
═══════════════════════════════════════════════════════════════════
6. License Keys and Activation
6.1 License Keys.
Use of the Software beyond any free trial period may require a valid License Key or subscription issued by the Company or an authorized reseller. You agree to:
- Only use License Keys obtained lawfully; and
- Keep License Keys confidential and secure.
6.2 Device Binding and Validation.
To prevent unauthorized sharing and to enforce device limits, the Software may:
- Compute and transmit a hashed hardware identifier and related technical data to the Company's licensing service; and
- Periodically validate Your License Key and usage against permitted limits.
The types of data processed for activation and validation are described in the Privacy Policy.
6.3 Unauthorized Use and Enforcement.
If the Company reasonably believes that a License Key is being used in violation of this EULA (for example, shared beyond permitted limits or used for piracy), the Company may suspend, revoke, or block that License Key and may take other actions available under law. Suspensions or revocations under this section do not entitle You to a refund.
═══════════════════════════════════════════════════════════════════
7. Telemetry, Crash Reports, and Feedback
7.1 Optional Telemetry and Crash Reports.
The Software may offer You the option to enable:
- Anonymous usage statistics; and
- Crash and error reporting.
These features are optional and can be enabled or disabled in the Software settings. When enabled, the Software may send limited technical and usage data (such as event names, app version, operating system, error types, and stack traces) to the Company's servers, as described in the Privacy Policy.
7.2 No Macro Content in Telemetry.
Usage statistics and crash reports are not designed to include macro content, screenshots, or the actual text and data that You automate. The Company does not intentionally collect passwords, credentials, or the content of files from telemetry or crash reports.
7.3 Feedback and Support.
If You submit feedback, bug reports, or support requests (whether from within the Software or via email/website), You may choose to provide additional information (including logs or screenshots). You are responsible for ensuring that You do not include confidential or sensitive information beyond what is necessary. The Company may use feedback to improve the Software and Services.
═══════════════════════════════════════════════════════════════════
8. Intellectual Property
The Software and all related intellectual property (including but not limited to computer code, designs, logos, and documentation) are and will remain the exclusive property of the Company and its licensors.
This EULA does not grant You any rights in or to the Company's trademarks, service marks, trade names, or logos, except as necessary to use the Software in accordance with this EULA.
═══════════════════════════════════════════════════════════════════
9. Updates and Changes to the Software
The Company may, from time to time, provide updates, patches, or new versions of the Software, which may:
- fix bugs or security vulnerabilities;
- add, change, or remove features; or
- modify how the Software interacts with services and systems.
Unless a particular update is accompanied by separate terms, such updates are considered part of the Software and are governed by this EULA. The Company is not obligated to provide any particular feature, update, or level of support, and may discontinue or change the Software at any time, subject to applicable law and any specific commitments in paid plans.
═══════════════════════════════════════════════════════════════════
10. Term and Termination
10.1 Term.
This EULA is effective from the moment You first install or use the Software and continues until terminated by You or the Company.
10.2 Termination by You.
You may terminate this EULA at any time by uninstalling the Software from all Devices and ceasing all use. Unless required by law or a written refund policy, termination by You does not entitle You to any refund.
10.3 Termination by the Company.
The Company may suspend or terminate Your license to the Software, immediately and without prior notice, if:
- You breach this EULA or any other Agreement;
- You fail to pay any required fees;
- the Company reasonably suspects unauthorized or abusive use of the Software or License Keys; or
- the Company is required to do so by law or court order.
10.4 Effect of Termination.
Upon termination of this EULA for any reason:
- Your rights to use the Software will immediately cease; and
- You must uninstall and delete all copies of the Software from Your Devices.
Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including but not limited to ownership, restrictions, disclaimers, and limitations of liability) shall continue in effect.
═══════════════════════════════════════════════════════════════════
11. "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" Warranty Disclaimer
The Software is provided to You "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE", with all faults and defects, and without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Company expressly disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement, and any warranties arising out of course of dealing, course of performance, or trade usage.
Without limiting the foregoing, the Company does not warrant that:
- the Software will meet Your requirements or expectations;
- the Software will be compatible with any particular hardware, software, or environment;
- the Software will be uninterrupted or error-free; or
- any errors or defects can or will be corrected.
You understand and agree that automated actions may interact with Your systems and data in ways that can cause unintended changes or data loss if misconfigured. You are solely responsible for validating and testing automations before relying on them.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties, so some of the above exclusions may not apply to You. In such cases, the disclaimers shall apply to the maximum extent permitted by law.
═══════════════════════════════════════════════════════════════════
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall the Company or its affiliates, officers, employees, or licensors be liable for:
- any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages;
- loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill;
- business interruption; or
- any costs of substitute software or services,
arising out of or in connection with this EULA or Your use of the Software, even if the Company has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the total aggregate liability of the Company for all claims arising out of or in connection with this EULA or the Software shall not exceed the amount You paid for the Software in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or one hundred (100) USD if You have not made any purchase.
If applicable law does not allow the limitation of liability as set out above, the Company's liability shall be limited to the greatest extent permitted by law.
═══════════════════════════════════════════════════════════════════
13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
This EULA shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Israel, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
Any dispute arising out of or relating to this EULA, the Software, or the Service shall be submitted to the competent courts located in Israel, unless mandatory law requires another jurisdiction. If You are a consumer in the European Union, You may benefit from any mandatory provisions of the law of Your country of residence.
═══════════════════════════════════════════════════════════════════
14. Severability and Waiver
If any provision of this EULA is held to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permissible, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
The failure of the Company to enforce any right or provision under this EULA shall not be deemed a waiver of such right or provision.
═══════════════════════════════════════════════════════════════════
15. Entire Agreement and Changes
This EULA, together with the Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and Software License Terms, constitute the entire agreement between You and the Company regarding the Software and supersede all prior or contemporaneous understandings, whether written or oral, relating to the Software.
The Company may update or modify this EULA from time to time. If We make material changes, We will take reasonable steps to notify You (for example, by updating the "Last updated" date, posting a notice on Our website, or displaying an in-app notice). Your continued use of the Software after any changes become effective constitutes Your acceptance of the revised EULA. If You do not agree to the updated EULA, You must stop using the Software and uninstall it.
